Efficient use of resources for siebstars
Screening stars are a crucial wear component in a wide range of machines, including agricultural machinery as well as sorting and construction machines. These components are subject to intensive stress due to demanding operating conditions in the field and changing weather conditions. Therefore, they must be replaced regularly. This ties up valuable resources.
In order to make this use of resources sustainable, we, as a manufacturer, have developed a comprehensive recycling concept together with our parent company GRIMME. This concept aims to recycle the used screen stars and return the resulting material to the material cycle.
The collected sieve stars are then cleaned, processed and processed into high-quality regranulate. In our injection molding department, the regranulate is further processed and thus returned to the material cycle.
In addition, the recycled material obtained in this way has optimal material properties for the application. As a result, the functionality and reliability of the new components, which are manufactured from recycled material, are fully guaranteed.
