We offer you a comprehensive range of services that covers the entire process chain. From development to toolmaking to series production, we create solutions using high-performance plastics such as polyurethane (PUR) and various thermoplastics. We combine casting and injection moulding processes, roll and roll coatings, and the assembly of complete assemblies — all from a single source.

Design and Toolmaking

A decisive advantage: We develop and manufacture our tools in-house. This ensures short distances, maximum flexibility and seamless coordination between design and production. In this way, we create the basis for process-reliable, durable tools and first-class plastic products.

We stand for measurable quality. With the latest testing technology and our own laboratory capacities, we monitor every production step. Our management system is certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 and 50001 and also meets the high requirements of the automotive standard VDA 6.3. This is how we guarantee precision, reliability and safety over the long term — from the first sample to series production.
