Good news in challenging times

At INTERNORM Kunststofftechnik GmbH, we have specifically expanded and modernized our injection molding machinery. This is an important signal in uncertain and challenging times.

“Despite the generally challenging economic climate, we are investing heavily in the future. Our focus is on our strong innovative capacity, expanding production capacity, improving our ability to respond to market fluctuations, and ensuring modern working conditions and job security for our 330 employees,” explain Philipp Grimme and Frank Robin, Managing Directors of INTERNORM, regarding these extensive measures.

Three new ENGEL injection moulding machines are boosting our production

With the delivery of three new injection molding machines from the manufacturer ENGEL, we are taking an important step toward the future. The highlight is a machine with a pressing force of 1,000 tonnes, designed to manufacture large-volume and complex parts.

These state-of-the-art systems partly replace older machines and bring our injection molding production up to the latest technological standards. This investment sustainably strengthens our production by increasing capacity, improving efficiency, and creating the foundation to respond even more flexibly and reliably to our customers’ requirements.

All three machines are equipped with a modern viper handling system. This enables efficient removal of components and sprues and is already prepared for future expansions, such as the integration of a metal part feeder.

New opportunities are also opening up for us in the area of tool relocation: With modern technology and expanded capacities, we can implement projects even more systematically and reliably in the future.
