We are pleased to present our new, self-designed roller dynamometer. This test bench expands our existing options and enables precise monitoring of a wide range of key test parameters. With this advanced system, we are optimally prepared for the future requirements of our customers and are always one step ahead.
Technical specifications of the roller dynamometer
️ Multi-parameter monitoring: The test bench precisely records temperature, pressure curve and speed throughout the test. This allows us to collect detailed data and precisely analyze the effects of various factors on our polyurethane rolls.
Powerful electric motor: Enables test speeds of up to 80 km/h, which allows us to test the rolls under extreme conditions.
Load simulation: The test bench can apply forces of up to 5 to the rollers in order to realistically simulate weight forces and similar loads. This feature is critical to ensure roll efficiency and durability under real operating conditions.
Precise system control: The control of the test bench enables the customer-specific design of tests. These include: durability tests, termination tests when specific temperature or pressure and travel limits are reached, as well as interval tests.
With these advanced functions and increased flexibility, the new roller dynamometer enables us to carry out more sophisticated and specific test procedures. This ensures that our polyurethane rollers fully meet the individual and growing requirements of our customers.
