Welcome aboard!
On August 3, 2026, we were delighted to welcome eight new apprentices to our company. The start of their training marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in their lives, and we are thrilled to support them on this journey. The first week was all about settling in, getting to know one another, and finding their way around. During a varied orientation program, the new apprentices gained comprehensive insights into our company, met key contacts, and familiarized themselves with our organizational processes.
In addition to a company presentation, organizational topics, and a business etiquette workshop, the focus was primarily on getting to know each other personally. Through various activities, a collaborative film project, and exchanges with apprentices from senior years and apprentices from GRIMME, initial connections were made and valuable networks were established.
The orientation week concluded with our Safety Day, which was introduced last year. Using practical examples, videos, and training sessions, we covered the essential foundations of workplace safety. This helped the apprentices develop an awareness for safe and responsible work practices and prepared them for the demands of their daily professional lives.
