Precision in series
with injection moulding
The injection moulding process is our core technology for efficient series production of plastic parts from 1,000 pieces. We produce sophisticated components for you in consistently high quality — precisely, economically and reliably from the first to the last unit.
Your partner for the series production of plastic parts
The injection moulding process is one of the most versatile and efficient manufacturing processes for the series production of plastic parts. We support you in partnership from prototype to finished series and produce your product individually and according to your requirements. In doing so, we work in a resource-saving manner: Scrap and spruce are recycled and returned to the material cycle as high-quality regranulate.

Precise Injection Moulding solutions
We produce custom-made plastic injection-moulded parts — from tool development to series production. Ideal for demanding applications with consistently high quality.
Multi-component Injection Moulding
We enable a precise connection of different materials such as plastic, elastomer and metal in a single, automated manufacturing process. This results in complex components with fixed hard-soft connections or integrated seals without additional assembly.
Hot element welding
The thermal joining of plastic parts by melting and pressing creates a minimally visible but high-strength weld seam. This process can be used with all thermoplastics, including TPU, and enables the production of complex plastic hollow bodies.
Rubber processing (Vulcanization)
During injection moulding with vulcanization, raw rubber is cross-linked directly in the tool under heat and pressure. This results in elastic, dimensionally stable components with high dimensional accuracy. The process is ideal for automating and is perfect for mass production of sealing and damping components.
Product diversity
Our expertise includes the production of injection-moulded components in various sizes, shapes and material variants. Using the latest technology, we produce precise, durable and glass-reinforced plastic parts that meet the highest quality standards and are characterized by high strength, stability and low weight.
The material is decisive:
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a high-performance technical material that combines the elasticity of rubber with the strength of plastics. It is ideal for components that must be permanently abrasion-resistant, durable and mechanically highly resilient. Thanks to its excellent damping properties and dimensional stability, TPU is the ideal choice for long-lasting technical applications.

Our machinery:
Technology for the highest demands
The modern machinery is at the heart of our production. With high-performance injection moulding systems and precise process technology, we ensure that every component is produced exactly according to your specifications and at the same time economically. As a result, we are ideally equipped to reliably meet even complex requirements.

Our performance in figures
Every component is backed by precise technology and many years of experience. Our key figures provide a clear overview of the dimensions in which we work for you — from machine thickness to the variety of materials.

Dosing element
The use of abrasion-resistant plastic instead of steel results in a weight reduction and an extended life of the dosing shaft, which improves performance.

More options for your production
Not every project uses injection moulding. For prototypes, small series or the assembly of complete systems, we offer you alternative processes.
Casting
Prototypes, pre-series and small series of up to 1,000 pieces
This process enables complex components to be manufactured quickly and cost-effectively, even without high initial tool costs.

Assemblies
Small series to large series
We assemble complete components for you — including purchased parts, surface finishing and final testing. You get a ready-to-install solution from a single source.
