The plasticised granulate material is pressed into the moulds under high pressure, and robot arms operate non-stop to remove the finished products from the moulds. Injection-moulded parts are manufactured in large quantities.

Glass fibre-reinforced polyurethane Internorm TPU is available for especially demanding situations. One particular advantage: Internorm TPU can be completely recycled and the reclaim can in some circumstances be mixed in with new material again.
Internorm TPU is an innovative and versatile material which is tailored to all the different requirements of the markets. It is ideal when large quantities are required and when the excellent chemical and engineering properties of a polyurethane are desirable.

Our plastics can be adapted to meet foodstuffs and drinking water legislation and to achieve resistance to microbes. They are resistant to the rigours of the weather and the effects of high-energy radiation, are practical to work with and easy to colour.
